Was assembly harder than it needed to be? Maybe not. But was it "over packaged"?? Possibly. Surely there is a better way. Soooo many super thick zip ties. My box cutter wouldn't even go through them. Finally used some scissors that I didn't care about ruining. Sooooo much sticky tape wrapping almost everything. Soooo much plastic wrapping. Sooooo many seemingly random plastic parts that were meant to protect and stabilize the product during shipping. By the time I got all the parts free, I was honestly infuriated.With the help of the magnifier feature on my phone, I was able to read the instructions, which, if you can see them, are reasonably helpful. After a few false starts, I got the hang of it, and...by golly, I ended up with a tall, sturdy, level shelving unit to use in my laundry closet. From opening the box to setting it in the laundry, it took me two hours.The parts are engineered to fit together well. It's very tall and probably should be anchored if it's just out in a room, but in my laundry closet I'm not worried about it tipping over. It says the shelves are adjustable, but I really don't see how you could change the height of the shelves after it has been assembled, so think about where you really want them.I think it looks great and the price was certainly good. I'm proud of myself for not giving up.

I'm very happy with this shelf. Its metal and sturdy and does exactly what I had hoped for. And it was easy to install. I would buy it again, for sure.

I have been using this rack for few months now. it is sturdy and i like the design and shelves can hold a lot of stuff.

This clothes rack is perfect. I can put my boots/shoes on the racks and hang clothes for the next day. It looks great, and it took my husband about 20 minutes to assemble. I'm pleased.

I have a house with no place to hang coats. This is a great substitute. I love the extra shelves on top and 2 in the bottom. I use the top for hats, the top lower one for my purses and bags, and the lower one for shoes. A good buy for me.

This fits in exactly where I want it to, in a 1bdrm apt entranceway. It was very easy to assemble on my own, and has no sharp corners to snag clothes as you pass it.

Shelf was easy to assemble and seems quite sturdy for the size. I have the hanging rack full along with items on side hooks and shelves, so far no issues with bowing or tipping. Definitely would purchase again.

This is perfect for me to hang my coats in my little 1 bedroom apartment. Sturdy and space saving. NOT to mention it was very easy to put together!

The shelf itself is fine. Easy to assemble and customize. Very tall, so I left out one of the vertical sections to suit my needs. Makes my entryway look so much more neat and organized than the flimsy plastic corner rack I had before.I took off one star because the packaging is excessive. It took longer to get out of the packaging than it did to build the entire unit. In particular the zip ties they used to secure the rods to the shelves are the thickest industrial zip ties imaginable. I nearly broke my scissors on them. I was getting cardio just trying to cut the stupid things.I have issues with my hands/tendons/connective tissue, and the process of removing the zip ties left my hands swollen, red, and in pain. If you have arthritis it would probably be a disaster as well. So unnecessary.Use regular zip ties like everyone else. I assembled another shelf from a different brand at the same time which also used zip ties for the same purpose, but they were thin and snipped easily with scissors. Truly there is no need to make the packaging so hard to get into.

Lovely piece and so easy to assemble

Sturdy, looks really nice, my son put it together for me , it took 40 min.. I decided to leave the top tier off it is a perfect size for me, it has 3 shelves, and coat hooks,

This is extremely tall!! I got it to hold my bags and backpacks but the shelves are great for storage. I put my work boots and cat food on it. It's also small width wise which was great because I only have a small amount of room to work with (of course I measured before purchasing). I used the video from the QR code in the booklet which helped better than the instruction manual it came with and it was quite easy to put together. It's very sturdy.

I just finished setting this up today and it��s a really good rack the size is quite convenient since I only had a small space. Instructions were pretty easy to follow too.

I use this narrow rack in a hallway . Works great for all the clothes I sew for my clients. Helps me keep their items organized. It��s sturdy, looks nice, easy to put together etc . Good find for what I need.

This item is exactly as it is shown.So quick to ensemble and I decided to only halve two shelves vs three. It��s so narrow and takes little space but perfect to hang a few items
